Kamala Harris Shuts Down Hecklers at Wisconsin Rally, Crowd Cheers in Support

Published:

Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris quickly silenced Trump supporters who disrupted her rally in Wisconsin, drawing applause from the crowd by telling them, “You’re at the wrong rally! Go to the smaller one down the street.”

The incident occurred while Harris was addressing a key issue—Donald Trump’s stance on abortion and his Supreme Court picks who helped overturn Roe v. Wade. As the vice president critiqued Trump’s policies, supporters of his “Make America Great Again” movement interrupted her, shouting accusations of lying. In response, Harris paused momentarily before delivering her witty retort, which was met with cheers and laughter from her audience.

Social media users had mixed reactions. One person on X praised her comeback with “That’s MY POTUS,” while another criticized the moment as staged, saying, “We know she set that up. It was fake. She’s not a good actress!”

Harris’ rally in La Crosse, Wisconsin, is part of her campaign’s effort to secure votes in one of the crucial swing states. According to the latest polling averages from Decision Desk HQ and The Hill, Trump holds a razor-thin lead over Harris in Wisconsin, leading by less than one percentage point.

At a separate rally, Harris appealed directly to female voters, emphasizing Trump’s lack of understanding about women’s healthcare and condemning his assertion that “everybody” wanted Roe v. Wade overturned. She added, “Women are dying of sepsis because they didn’t receive the care they needed. It’s truly unbelievable what’s happening.”
